Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if a product:

These rights apply regardless of any store policy and cannot be excluded.
In‑Store Purchases
If one of our Bathirst Liquor stores is accessible to you, the preferred option is to return to the store where the purchase was made (or any Bathirst Liquor store) with your proof of purchase.
Our team will assess the product and endeavour to resolve the issue promptly in store.
Online Purchases
For online orders, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order before returning any items.
If the issue is due to an error on our part (for example, faulty product or incorrect item supplied):

We will cover the cost of return freight, and

We will cover the cost of re‑shipping the replacement item (if applicable).
Change of Mind
Bathirst Liquor does not offer refunds for change‑of‑mind purchases.

Change‑of‑mind exchanges may be considered at our discretion.

Items must be unopened, sealed, unused, and in original condition.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return freight and re‑shipping.

Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
What Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened bottles or products with broken seals (unless faulty)

Partially consumed items

Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage
Proof of Purchase
All returns and exchanges require a valid receipt or other proof of purchase.
