Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is widely recognised as the oldest rum in the world. Aged in charred American oak barrels for a minimum of two years, producing a marvellous, semi-sweet rum with flavours of apricot, banana and vanilla. The barrel ageing gives the rum a lightly smoked, long-lasting finish.
