Rich red in colour with vibrant purple hues, this wine displays enticing aromas of ripe blackberries and plums with distinctive hints of pepper and spice. The palate is rich, round and soft, delivering concentrated berry fruits balanced by soft, velvety tannins. The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering dark fruit and subtle oak integration.

Food Pairing

Pairs beautifully with pepper-crusted beef tenderloin, slow-roasted lamb shoulder, or aged Parmigiano-Reggiano. Also excellent alongside venison, duck breast with cherry reduction, or rich mushroom risotto. The wine's structure and depth make it ideal for hearty winter dishes.
