Gospel Whiskey is a Melbourne-based distillery dedicated to producing Australian rye whiskey with genuine character and craft. Founded in 2015, Gospel set out to revive the tradition of rye whiskey making in Australia, using locally grown rye grain and a meticulous approach to distillation and maturation that draws on both American and Australian whiskey-making traditions.
