Iron Bark is the approachable, everyday range from Peter Drayton Wines — one of the Hunter Valley's most established family wineries. Named after the Ironbark Hill vineyard, the range delivers reliable Hunter Valley character at accessible prices.

We stock the Sauvignon Blanc — crisp and refreshing with tropical fruit and citrus — and the Shiraz, a smooth medium-bodied red with dark berry fruit and a soft finish. Both are great value for weeknight drinking or casual entertaining.
