Flor de Caña 12 Year Old Rum is an ultra-premium aged rum from Nicaragua, matured for a full 12 years to develop its elegant, reddish-amber character. Semi-sweet and beautifully refined, it's a rum that rewards those who take their time — sip it neat, on the rocks, or with a splash of water or club soda to open it up.

On the nose, expect nougat, almond butter, honey and sherry. The palate follows through with those same rich, layered notes before a long finish of pepper spice, dark caramel and a faded hint of burnt oak. It's complex without being demanding — the hallmark of a truly well-aged rum.
