Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin is the gin that started it all — the original expression from one of Australia's most celebrated craft distilleries, and still the one they're most proud of. Founded in the Yarra Valley in 2013, Four Pillars set out to make world-class gin with a distinctly Australian identity, and Rare Dry Gin is the purest expression of that vision.

Distilled in their custom-built CARL copper pot still using a carefully curated blend of botanicals, Rare Dry Gin combines classic juniper with Asian spices, whole fresh oranges and native Australian lemon myrtle — a combination that delivers a gin unlike anything from the traditional gin-producing regions of the world. The result is classically smooth with a modern Australian twist: bright citrus on the nose, a spicy, complex mid-palate and a long, clean finish with a distinctive lemon myrtle lift.

Exceptional in a G&T with premium tonic and a slice of orange, or as the backbone of a classic Negroni or Martini.
