Hahndorf Hill's six-hectare vineyard sits on the slopes above historic Hahndorf village, where slate-rich soils lend a distinctive mineral character to every bottle. This classic dry Rosé pours a pale watermelon juice colour with a succulent nose of red cherries and apples. The palate is electric and exciting — bright cherry and apple flavours offset by an exhilarating natural acidity that reminds one of skating on polished ice.
