Highland Heritage Riesling

The Highland Heritage Estate Riesling is a great example of the attributes that the Orange Wine Region offers.
Pale gold in colour with youthful green tints. The bouquet is elegant and intense with smokey citrus lime and floral varietal characteristics. The palate shows youthful intense floral Riesling fruit characters filing the length of the palate, balanced with a long crisp clean mineral acid and hints of smokey limes.
While extremely enjoyable now this wine will gain further complexity and depth of flavour over the next 6-10 years.
Serve alone or with fine cuisine such as fresh oysters, yabbies and white meats.
