A bigger more flavoursome Pinot Noir, showing regional character and imbued with complexity found in the Adelaide Hills. There’s vibrant strawberry and cherry aromas on the nose enhanced by an earthy intensity. It strikes a balance of sweet and savoury fruit on the palate with a complexing length that displays cleansing acidity with soft tannins and a lasting finish. Pair with duck confit on baby lentils.
