Logan M Cuvee 750ml

With its high altitude and cold climate, Orange is one of the few wine growing areas in Australia suited to truly classy, classic-style sparkling wine. Grown at 930 metres above sea level — where ripening temperatures mirror those of Champagne — the Logan Vintage 'M' Cuvée is produced in the traditional method from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

A lovely rose gold colour with very fine bubbles and a persistent mousse. Wild strawberry and spice from the red varieties, with elegant nut, biscuit and zippy lemon from the Chardonnay component — leading into a crisp but full palate and a lovely long finish.
