The fruit was crushed into the McWilliam's drainers where the premium free-run juice was separated from the skins. The juice was delicately handled through the juice clarification and fermentation stages where the best parcels for this blend were selected. McWilliam's Inheritance Fruitwood White was then blended and stabilized prior to filtration and bottling.
