The bourbon is crafted in small batches using a meticulous process that includes air-drying barrels for 36 months before use, toasting the barrels before charring them, using a low barrel-entry proof to preserve flavour, heat-cycling the warehouses to encourage interaction between spirit and wood during Kentucky's cold winters, and applying specific filtration methods tailored to each individual whiskey.

The result is a beautifully balanced bourbon with rich notes of caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, layered with warm baking spice, dried fruit and a long, satisfying finish. Smooth enough to sip neat, complex enough to reward exploration.
