Olmeca Altos Tequila is made from 100% Blue Agave, grown in Los Altos, highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Our agave is slow cooked in brick ovens, distilled in copper. For Reposado we age the liquid in ex-bourbon barrels for that smooth true tequila flavour.
