The Pocketwatch Cabernet Sauvignon is expertly crafted from perfectly ripened parcels of grapes from the Oatley vineyards, with a quality French oak influence delivering layered, flavoursome and smooth bright ripe cherry, blackcurrant and leafy notes.

Pocketwatch wines pay tribute to Bob's great great grandfather James Oatley — one of Australia's early convict settlers and a master watch and clockmaker, pardoned by Governor Macquarie and appointed Keeper of the Sydney Town Hall Clock. His land grants from Governor Brisbane included a 300-acre lot that is now the southern Sydney suburb of Oatley.
