Wild Oats Shiraz 750ml

Wild Oats Shiraz is a supple, rounded Australian red from the Oatley family's Mudgee vineyards in regional New South Wales. Showcasing appealing plummy dark fruits with a touch of spice and subtle oak integration, the palate delivers generous ripe fruit flavours balanced by smooth tannins and a lingering finish.

Crafted from select Mudgee parcels, the grapes are cold soaked for 2–3 days before fermentation at moderate temperatures. After gentle extraction over 10–14 days, the wine is matured for 12 months in French oak, with oak playing a supportive rather than dominant role. Serve at 16–18°C.
