De Bortoli is one of Australia's most respected family-owned wineries, with roots in the Riverina region of New South Wales dating back to 1928. Known for producing a wide range of styles from everyday drinking to premium expressions, De Bortoli has built a loyal following for their consistent quality and outstanding value.

The De Bortoli range at Bathirst Liquor spans bottles and casks. The Premium cask range is a customer favourite, covering Traminer Riesling, Shiraz Cabernet, Colombard Chardonnay, Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Liqueur Muscat, and Old Tawny. The Premium Reserve casks step it up with Shiraz, Cabernet Merlot, Chardonnay, and Old Tawny. The DB Winemakers Selection bottles include Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Chardonnay. Rounding out the range are Blue Pinot Gris, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir, Windy Peak Pinot Noir, Deen Vat 2 Sauvignon Blanc, Sacred Hill Chardonnay, Rosé, Prosecco, and Prosecco Rosé.
