De Bortoli Prosecco is a beautifully crafted Australian sparkling wine that punches well above its price point. Pale in colour with delicate green hues, it's fruit-driven and aromatic with hints of green apple and wisteria on the nose.

On the palate, expect fresh apple and pear, a touch of pithy lemon, gentle creaminess, and a fine, persistent bead. Best served well chilled, or mixed into an Aperol Spritz or Prosecco Spritz with soda water.
