De Bortoli Blue Pinot Gris

Grapes are de stemmed and pressed with an emphasis to maximise flavour from the skins. The juice is fermented in stainless tanks with a small portion in older French oak casks. Post ferment the wines are left on yeast lees for texture and complexity. Aromatic Pinot Gris characters of ripe pear, stone fruit and citrus. Textural flavours with apple and mandarin, soft acidity, gentle classic 'Gris' style.
